On June 24, 2025, I had the great fortune of getting to accompany Valerie Greenberg ahead of her taping with Pix11 News! Being inside the Pix11 Studio was an absolute treat! Getting to watch the work that goes into making live on-air tapings run as effectively as they do was an incredible experience.

At the beginning of the semester, I had the opportunity to create a new highlight reel showcasing the incredible accomplishments of Valerie Greenberg throughout 2024.
With this project, my goal was not only to highlight Valerie's range as a TV and media personality but also to celebrate the hard work and dedication that brought her to where she is today.
I was fortunate enough to attend Mi Patria first taping for TIEMPO with Joe Torres, a series featured on ABC.
Mi Patria - an organization my family is proudly a part of - was co-founded by veterans and is dedicated to improving life in underserved and displaced communities in Puerto Rico through housing, emergency response, and sustainability.
Being inside the studio for the filming process, interacting with Joe Torres, and witnessing the craft behind news-coverage journalism was an inspiring experience-especially as the segment focused on the work Mi Patria is doing to combat displacement in the lead-up to the 2024 NYC Puerto Rican Day Parade.
